Ok? I'm sure if you look at most NFL linebacking prospects you're going to see similar numbers. You can look at TONS of prospects and rattle off their great numbers and then they do absolutely nothing in the NFL, so you're not really proving much that he did a lot on a CRAPPY UNC team that didn't leave up to their potential. Keep drinking the kool-aid on this one though buddy. Didn't take a center in the entire draft, wait til CJ gets blown up in the back field multiple times and we go 3 out again.

I hope the guys good. I just see a bad reputation as a sloppy tackler and a guy who has trouble shedding blocks as a big red flag.

You know, that's fine, the other team can keep tackling CJ in the backfield, cause he isn't going to be the one getting the ball. Sorry, it's gonna be in the hands of a QB throwing to one of our targets.

Once the opposing defense starts keying on the WR's, then CJ will get his chance.

I really see us moving to a 65/35 passing/running game.

I see CJ being used in a McCoy, Best, Spiller, type of role next season. Not exactly what we paid him to be, but he will probably be a very powerful weapon.

McCoy is good because he makes something out of nothing, he rarely had good blocking. C.J. used to be that way, but not anymore. He got paid and shut down. And for those of you out there who like to blame C.J.'s struggles on blocking, don't. Even in the open field last year C.J. looked uninterested and curled up. he used to be a terror in space, now he's a joke.

Oh dear, I was just messing with you. I didn't think you would get offended so easily. I knew the Canadians spelled it different, I didn't realize you were in Australia. Sorry man!

If C.J. sucks again, I'm personally going to see to it we cut his azz.

My point is the guy was first team all conference in a major conference. He was productive.

Is tackling perhaps his weakness? Does he have trouble with shedding blocks? Sure.

He has elite physical tools. He will, I imagine, get coaching like he has never gotten before.

You don't get people in the second round that have his kind of talent and zero flaws. Hell, you don't get guys in the FIRST round that have zero flaws. Look at guys like Poe, Brockers, etc.

If you are looking for perfect pro's in the NFL draft, you ain't gonna find many, particularly at pick 20. You gotta find guys with the tools to succeed, and have faith you can coach em up.
