I am pissed. We reached big time.....only pick worse was Bruce Irvin by Seattle. We dont know how to draft WRs or pick FA WRs. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone looking for PSLs in Section 101. We are going to suck for a long time with our current defense!

" It's a bit of surprise that Tennessee passed on Stanford OG David DeCastro after making it a priority to upgrade the interior, but it's hard to quibble with this pick. Already boasting a burgeoning young offense, the Titans add the draft's top slot receiver with extraordinary run-after-catch ability and the vertical explosiveness to burn defensive backs. A Steve Smith-Santonio Holmes hybrid, Wright is arguably the top playmaker in the draft at wide receiver. Quick off the line, he should make an instant impact as a rookie in three-receiver sets.

We have a different FO now. Look at what they did last year. Calm down. Hawkins and Williams just aren't going to get it done. Backups don't belong on the field if you can help it.

He needs a catapult not a cannon, it will give Wright time to run under the ball.

Okay so when the pick was announced I jumped out of my seat and ran to the restroom. Seriously, I can't make this up. So after a sad trip in there and then the drive back to the apartment I've finally cleared my head. I just want to make a few points....

-It's obvious we have no faith in Britt and honestly I don't blame them.
-I've preached BPA so I'm actually happy but surprised it was WR.
-Gives Locker another weapon, not a bad thing for a young QB. Ask Gabbert...
-Insurance in case of Britt, once again not a bad thing.
-Deep threat, playmaker, and just another threat on offense.

Okay and let's also think about this, there is plenty of depth on the DL for us heading into the 2nd round. We may end up with Still, Curry, Reyes, etc. Hell, we may trade up for Upshaw who knows so you can't hate this pick when you don't know what's going on in the draft room. Oh and Jake Locker, CJ, Britt, Cook, D-Will, and Wright!? That's going to be sick in a year or two. We go DL/OLB in the 2nd and the other in the 3rd.

Also for the people complaining about Konz and DeCastro...
    1. We already said we're not going OL in the 1st, are you that shocked?
    2. DeCastro doesn't play Center and Konz isn't a lock to be great like some have said.
    3. Surprising depth at this position.

If you could've told me we could add a dynamic player into the offense then I would've been excited and really no one on here has talked about Wright because no one expected him to fall to us. I guarantee you if we talked about Wright the same as Hill or even Hightower recently a lot more people would be fine with this pick. This is obviously a pick based on BPA and Locker's future. We'll be fine.

Holy hell stop looking at combine numbers, if they mattered Chris Henry would be our starting RB right now.
