I'm with ImATitan...Definitely not Vince, even though his jersey was the only one I've bought since Eddie George. I love the guy, but Locker is better and the maturity level can't even be compared. There's no need to bring in a guy like Vince to hurt the qb chemistry we have already.

I would definitely give Albert another chance for 2 reasons.

    1. We are in dire need of a big body in the middle that can stuff the run. Even if he's only good for 1 or 2 plays a drive.
    2. He's never played bad as a Titan.

What can hurt in giving the man a 1 year prove it deal? What IF he went back to his old ways in TN, not the stomping on head ways, but the destroying every interior o-lineman in the NFL ways. There's no way he hasn't matured in the last few years after everything he's been through. I understand everyones reasoning why not to bring him in, but he fills a need and I think it would be interesting, to say the least, to see if he could return to his old self.

It wasn't too long ago that he was the best DT in the NFL by leaps and bounds.

If we signed haynesworth... we'd basically be giving him the salary as a bounty to injure matt schaub. We take care of texans and the division is ours

I think vince has talent but you need alot more than talent to make a name for yourself in this league

1.) You don't sign anybody for "1 or 2 plays a drive". That's ridiculous. So you want to tie up a roster spot and a million dollars for a guy that will play two plays out of every ten?

2.) Albert Haynesworth was somewhere between average and not good his first few years here. The only two years he's ever played well were the last one of his rookie contract and the year he was franchise tagged. (See: Playing to get paid)

Haynesworth has been on "1 year prove it" deals at his last two stops and has gotten cut by both teams. Both teams were as bad or worse off than us on the defensive line. Both teams lost way more games than they won when he was on the roster. The dominant Haynesworth will never be seen again.

Why are we still talking about Haynesworth?

We have a young group of guys who have strong motors and good attitudes and people want to bring in that cancer?

Seriously, are you guys high? He is damn near the last person in the entire NFL I would want to bring in. I question everyone's IQ that can even consider it. We have better players on the practice squad, and better players will go undrafted. I am so sick of these stupid threads asking about should we bring in "generic washed up" veteran.

Wow...it's crazy to me that ya'll wouldn't even consider signing Haynesworth for the vet minimum, knowing that you can cut him at any time if need be. He was the best DT in the league just 4 years ago in our system. I might have to question your IQ sir.

How do ya'll know the man that played college ball and became great in TN hasn't lived every day in regret since he signed that contract with Washington, and that if we gave him one last chance he wouldn't take advantage of it? Maybe I'm just too much of a 2nd chance kind of guy, but if it was me I'd do it. Especially when you look at our d-line issues.
