No Pro-Bowlers

No surprises there.

Washington's not a big enough name. For a relative unknown like him to make it, he would have to have a great NFL season. He's had a great season as a WR for the Titans go, but there are receivers with much better numbers with more popularity.

Finnegan hasn't had a big fight or had many outstanding plays, so he is not on anyone's mind outside of Titanland.

Outside of that, nobody would come to mind for me. Any O-lineman is automatically disqualified due to the overall suckage of the O-line. It's hard to shine when our o-line unit is not cohesive like ours.

 

I am optimistic about Washington in the future, but I do not think his name should be brought up for the pro bowl. I would have liked to see Cruz on there before Washington. Just my 2 cents.

 

Cruz is in the NFC...

I haven't looked at the roster, but did he not make it?! That's shocking really. Don't 5 WRs from each conference make the Pro Bowl? Cruz has definitely been a top 5 WR in the NFC this season.

 

Yea, I know he is NFC, but I was just pointing out there are a lot better players that did not make it that should have. Also, Cruz not make it. Crazy, right? Johnson, Fitz, Smith (obviously Car), and Jennings for NFC. I think Nelson should have made it over Jennings, but both are viable pro bowlers.

 

screw the pro-bowl, its for front runners. Whenever we were 13-3 or whatever we had like 9 guys. Nothing flashy this year, but in a few years I'm sure we'll have a bunch of recognizable dudes back in it

 

That's the point, check and look at who made the pro bowl instead before we start saying somebody was robbed.

Like the guy who said Bironas deserved to make it. At least 4 kickers in the AFC had better years.

Bowe did not make the pro bowl. That's at least one guy who didn't make it that is more deserving than Washington.

The fact that AJ Green made the pro bowl as a rookie over vets like Wayne or Bowe proves it is not just a name thing.

 

Meh, every year the same players make it more or less. I couldn't care less I never watch the game anyways.

 

This team is really void of stand out talent. I'm actually thrilled to be watching a meaningful game in week 17.... I thought this team would be 5-11.

 

I agree that Bironas should have gotten in. He's definitely one of the best in the league.

I'm actually severely pissed about this. If the Pro Bowl wasn't a joke to begin with, I'd be madder than a than a queer with tonsillitis on Valentine's Day.
