thank you. I can't seem to understand why most people on this board place all the blame on CJ. yeah he came into training camp late and got paid a ton of money. The FO knew they were going to have to pay him, they could have got that out of the way and not been so dang stubborn. But what gets me more is the offensive line. Those two get pushed around every game. CJ gets the ball and has defenders at his legs. and what's worse is they were in training camp the whole time to figure the stuff out. so lets place blame and credit where it is due and not all on CJ. In the games they have blocked well he has run well.

 

I know i said this already but i'm wondering if they shuffled players on the line or maybe brought in Velasco or Otto if that would make a difference.Also if CJ had a physical back to split carries with like he used to do with Lendale that would help too.CJ needs a physical back to wear the other defense down then come in and gain yardage on a tired and wore down defense.

 

How does us playing Otto help?

 

To be fair, it wasn't just our front office that was dragging their feet on the C.J. deal. Joel Segal C.J.'s agent was too busy to find his way to TN.

Assuming Hasselbeck starts, we lose 27-10.

It just doesn't matter how bad the teams we face are. Hasselbeck can't be productive enough to keep our defense off the field.

 

Starting Otto? Really? Our tackles (Stewart & Roos) aren't the problem, the G's are.

Velasco in for Scott may make a difference though. Or move Harris to C & Amano back to G.

 

Munchak is really in love with Matt Hasselbeck the same way Fisher was to Collins, and it's disgusting that our QB is running the show over the coach. Hass is going to run us into the ground.

 

There has been plenty of videos posted, none of that matters.

Unless CJ opens up his shirt and shows the huge S, starts jumping over the OL and DL, and starts busting through tackles like a power back, some people will never be happy.

 

Some of you all would know this better than me but, other than Harris, our offensive line is very well paid and they have not earned it. Except the tackles. Even amano making some bank amazing.
