Missing Persons: Jared Cook...

I blame it on Palmer. The guy has talent, but he just isn't given the opportunity. What's the hold up, I couldn't tell you.

 

It's very disappointing too because Cook has all the physical skills to be great. He's fast and can jump but he's just not getting it.

 

Agreed. I've been a big supporter of Cook's since we drafted him, and I've just been waiting for him to break out and become the player we all know he could be. I thought he would become a productive centerpiece of the passing attack after Britt went down.

But with each passing week and his virtual disappearance from this offense, my confidence in him has dwindled to almost nothing. I'm afraid that he's another VY-type with all the physical attributes and none of the brains to put it all together. I don't know how much more time he gets until the Titans have to move on, maybe one more season at the most.

 

Come on guys, he does get a catch every now and then. Give him some credit. (sarcasm)

Just how long are we going to continue to make excuses for the guy?

 

Probably until I see his talent come to a complete halt.

The guy clearly has talent, but I'm just not sure what is holding him back. I guess I could be like the rest of the people and say "It's because he is dumb".
