ESPN Playoff Machine & Titans/Texans

I just find it funny that this isn't the first time I've read if the Texans make the playoffs this season they will go one and done on this forum.

 

Are you retarded? There isn't a person on this board that thinks the Titans are a great team this year. We all know that we're in rebuild mode and that we haven't been good all year.

That's the difference between Titans fans and Cow fans: We can acknowledge when our team is having a bad year.

Love the Titans, loved the Oilers but I just don't see playoffs. All depends on Sunday vs Tampa. We win that and CJ looks like he cares, we block, we catch, then maybe
I remember in 87 the Oilers got walloped at home by the Browns, by forty odd, they still made it
But we were outclassed in Atlanta
And sorry to say but it was my first live action on Tv over here in Uk and CJ looks slower.. More worrying was that horse collar block penalty early on, ruling out nice Hassleback pass.. Focus !

We know all about crappy history, we lived it with the Oilers for many yers. Then yall are giftwrapped a hand me down organization w alot of the pieces in place for a super bowl run. Make no mistake, Jeff Fisher... Who was handed to you is no longer there. You are now a struggling franchise with not real direction it seems. Who knows how many coaches and QBs its gonna take to be good again. Your talent level is nowhere near that of the Texans. Asterik or not, whatever you say to make yourself feel better for sucking balls like your team does now.

Bud was a douche but Bob Lainier was an even bigger one. Between the two of them the Oilers fans got shafted.

The Oilers weren't gift wrapped Houston wanted rid of them.

Make no mistake Fisher is an incompetant coach who was fortunate to have a GM draft him Steve McNair and Eddie George. Without lucking into those two players he would never have survived as a fraud for 17 years.

The Texans have had no shortage of talent for the last 5 years. You have underachieved in spectacular fashion.

The Titans find couple of quality DT's aCentre and a Guard and we have enough talent to be a contender.

I agree about the coaches. We are ship without a rudder right now.

And are you joking!? 5 years ago the talent level on the Texans was a joke like it is for the Titans right now. MAYBE 3 years ago we had enough talent and we went 9-7... But our secondary was attrocious and so was our coaching staff on D. Thats all changed along with our depth... Wich is clearly and finally at a playoff level.
