Looks like it's Vince Young time

VY was a below average QB in TN who whined and didn't prepare.

VY played really well for the Eagles tonight.

Neither point had ANYTHING to do with Jeff Fisher.

 

Ok....and I think that what happened last year (some on Fisher, some on VY), created too much history here. That, coupled with VY's need to grow up a bit (which it looks like he may have done now), really would have made it tough (IMO) for him to experience this progression here. That is my only point.

 

Typical Vince Young game. Puts up awful numbers but the defense plays well enough that the one or two TD drives he manages to put together are enough to win. I hope he starts next week against New England where his lack of ability to score enough points when the defense can't bail you out becomes fully exposed.

 

The only awful number he put up was INTs.

 

one of those ints was jackson not fighting for the ball the other a tipped pass.

 

Don't count on it, Eagles are in playoff mode right now and can run the table if the defense plays like it did tonight especially with Vick back

 

Uhh that's like the worst awful number you can put up. It's the Giants fault for scoring 0 points off of 3 turnovers.

 

The defense was impressive but the Giants always play 2-3 awful games a year. They lost to Seattle earlier this year. This loss is all about how bad the Giants offense was more than anything else.

 

I agree but you said awful numbers, which isn't true at all.
