Why don't they alternate put in Harper and Ringer in a two back backfield switching CJ in and out at different times and just run the ball a healthy amount Sunday.Give each back about ten to twelve carries apiece.Time to see once and for all if its just CJ or not.

I don't think Ringer or Harper will able to get the job done much better if any than CJ because that run blocking is just too awful. I don't see how either of them could do any worse tho.

Harper and Ringer both know where the LOS is. CJ doesn't care where it is.

That's the difference. Both Harper and Ringer will try to at least get back to the LOS- anything beyond that is taken if there. CJ however isn't looking at the LOS as a guide, he's looking for a mega-holes to break off a big run hopefully saving his name. Doesn't work like that.

Chris held out for so long, during a season in which practically no one got the reps they needed. He was not in football shape and it showed the first few weeks. I still say give him a few more weeks. The thig about CJ is that he is elusive. The elusive ones are the RBs that last a while in this league. Payton, Sanders, Faulk, E Smith.

Oh and Mark Schlereth has an opinion on everything. Most of those guys are jokers.

Dude, if seven weeks is not long enough to get ready, he should throw in the towel for this season and try again next year. Maybe a full year of conditioning will get him into game shape.

These excuses are more tired than Lendale White after an 80 yard sprint.

Yeah, give him more time... he'll be breaking off big runs if given time.

Granted, it could very well be week 13, or so, but he'll do it, in time!

We don't have the luxury to wait for CJ. Sorry, but that's simply the way it is... change has to happen now.
