McCoy (Eagles) and (Peterson) create their own yards all the time. Don't know how many times I though McCoy was going down against the Falcons but he used his speed to cutback or shift further on his run. And that's with their sorry O-Lines that doesn't compare to ours.

all RB's want a crease or an opening but the great ones make their yards on their own

We talkin' about practice. Practice, not a game, not a game, practice.

IDK if C.J. missing a Wednesday practice is of much concern or not. Only because I can't recall all the Wednesdays of the 2008 and 2009 season. We know C.J. missed some practices last year, and that was his worst year statistically. I'm kind of hoping he did miss some days in 2008 and 2009, otherwise, this could become something to worry about.

People talk about how C.J. looked slower last year, but his supporters always chalk it up to that thigh issue being the real culprit to his less than stellar season. If this becomes the same thing that thigh thing was, C.J. may have just ROBBED the Titans for $30M.

But he seems alright about the soreness.

if CJ can get 2000 with just a crease on every play which is what the O-Line is paid to do. Then by all means that is great.

and he is also paid the big bucks to do it and so far he hasn't. Any RB can get through the line if there is a crease....even the ones making a whole lot less than he is

Hell, Ringer was able to get through the line with a crease like, last week.

If only CJ had his O-Line...

you must be one of the many people on this board who don't watch the games but read the play by play on NFL.com as the tiny drive bar moves and than imagine what happens in your head. Because if you were watching the games you'd clearly see CJ is getting 8 in the box and Ringer isn't. Hence why Kenny Britt and Matt Hasselbeck are having career games.

But heck, why don't you run the team, start Ringer, I'm sure its what the fans want.

Nope. I was watching. And I was getting frustrated as hell with CJ, as you can easily see in the game thread.

Look, I know CJ has been a great player and has the potential to continue being a great player. But he's obviously rusty, and if you cannot see that, then you are a blind nutswinger.

Would I say throw Ringer in 8 weeks from now? I hope not. If I am, then the Titans have a serious issue on their hand. But for now Ringer/Harper actually showed up to camp, and CJ didn't, and it shows.
