Quinn Johnson?

He seems like one of those road-grader fullbacks which honestly helps our offense more than a hybrid receiver/blocker IMO as long as he's a better blocker than Hall.

We need to protect Hasselbeck and open CJ up for long runs more than we need a threatening FB.

It helps in the right offense, sure, but I'd rather see a guy mowing down or at least occupying those big 260lb LBs downfield to bust open a hole for CJ than catching 3-4 yard dumpoffs.

 

You guys think he stays on the roster once Hall comes back?

 

I think he should. Honestly, I'm done with Hall.

 

He had a nice catch. He also had a nice open field tackle of CJ.

I'm not sure. I don't see him opening any big holes. I was expecting more.

 

I heard that we give up a 6th rd pick unless he makes a first down pass reception. Then the price is 3 #1 picks.

 

FBs are a dime a dozen.

 

He hasn't done anything really impressive to me, we can't run, he's not opening up huge holes, and while I'm not blaming this on him I just don't think he's any better than Hall. I don't really have a preference as to who stays because I think they are pretty much of equal value, I just like Hall more.
