Media gets paid to report never knowing but one side of a story. My personal issues needed attention and I will be out there playing ball

With all that has been given so forgive me Nashville for media making it seem that way.

I have spoken with coaches and teammates and will resume all things asked. Sad to see media made this out to be about money when I'm happy

I am also thankful for my current contract and direction of team. It's obvious media had no idea of why my absence took place cont

My absence had nothing to do with a holdout yet a personal matter that Titan officials were aware of. I am grateful for being a Titan cont

Hmmmm... methinks he's doing a better backpedal than he did on the field much of the past two seasons.

Okay. If Titans officials were aware of what was going on and it wasn't about the contract, why did they do interviews and basically say it was about a contract.

If he had personal things to settle over the weekend I'm sure Munchak would have been more than happy to excuse him from practice.

No matter your line of work, you don't just leave without telling anyone.

Can't say I buy this one.

Exactly.... I doubt Finny in all of this. It would have been easy to get the word out that he left due to personal reasons.

Finny received almost ZERO support and I'm sure he realizes that he needs to handle things differently from this point forward.

Sorry, Finny, no one believes you. You were mad, you ran and pouted. Next time, think before you act.

Yeah I don't get that one either... I hope we get all the facts and get this issue settled when he comes into camp. If we needed to let him walk or trade him I would have been fine with it but I would rather have him at camp if he is happy with his deal. He isn't a star player but he is productive and I was really happy with him taking more of a leadership role till this happened.

The media has been jumping all over any NFL story they can get their hands on so this could have all been blown up way out of proportion, however that still doesn't explain why the coaches and GM thought he left over a contract dispute.
