I think Eddie George or McNair deserves it over Mason, and I don't see any of the 3 getting in anytime soon...

What has he done to warrant a new contract? It's as simple as that.

I'd be all for Finnegan getting relegated to NB once he comes back. Eff him.

104.5 mentioned possibly trading him for a 2nd/conditional 1st. I'd love to unload him after what the other guys have shown today. Verner, Walker and Ittersagen have picks so far. And McCourty likely doesn't because he isn't out there.

Sometimes holdouts prove why you need a player. Sometimes, they backfire and prove how expendable a player really is. This might be the latter for Cort, and the former for CJ.

You really need to spend some time and read some articles instead of making up history.

Derrick Mason and Samari Rolle left because the Titans were over the cap. Plain and simple. Reese restructured contracts year-after-year to keep the core group together as long as possible. He felt the window was open for a Super Bowl run and, when it was obvious it was time to pay, had to release some quality players.

I just don't get the mentality that the Titans don't treat their players well. We see players like Haynesworth and Kearse who left the team because they wouldn't pay only to hear them both want to come back.
