I've said this before and gotten a mixed reaction, but I was reading a blog by a Redskins fan and he thinks trading both McNabb and Haynesworth to TN for a conditional pick (5th if they perform poorly 3rd or 4th if they play well) would benefit both sides. I think AH would play hard if we restructured his contract and made it more incentive laden.

On the Safety thing, I don't think you can keep Hope around at that price even if the coaches want him to stay. He's the weakest link on the defense and I just don't see how they keep him around at all. This may be due to the fact that I was at the Denver game last year and he single handedly lost it for us with a 50 yard pass interference penalty in the endzone (didn't even turn around to look for the ball). I've been over him ever since.

I like the idea of getting them both too but McNabb would be the one who would need to re-do his deal because his is just ridiculous. AH's has already finished the worst part of his deal.

I like Zach Miller at TE. Him and Cook would be a force in 2 TE sets. That would free up Cook to play some WR too.

I'd guess the Jets will keep Holmes, so Braylon Edwards should be available. I wouldn't mind getting him. We need as many weapons on possible if we're going to be starting a rookie QB. Not sure if he'd be the best mentor for Britt though...

I see very very very little chance the Raiders allow Miller to walk. He's a top TE, and they'll need weapons cause their WR's suck!

He's played 62 out of 64 games, and has made progress every season.

Yeah knowing Oakland they'll probably make him the highest paid offensive player in the league. lol

Even if we don't sign Miller we at least need to sign a 3rd TE.

Even though it's a long shot, I haven't see Richard Seymour's name mentioned. Can you imagine him in 2-tone blue!? I'm pretty sure he's a FA this year.

I wish, but they re-signed him to a 2 year deal before the lockout.

Raiders wrapped up Seymour nicely. Two-year, $30 million contract.
