    I thought it was pretty much a consensus among football people that Thomas is the top LT.

    There's never really a consensus on any position in the NFL, least of all offensive line. If you go by full O-line stats Michael Roos and David Diehl are in the discussion.

    But I say Thomas is the best, and I'm stickin' to it.

    Still waiting to hear from XP's friend. I gave XP my personal e-mail to have him send the picks there; bupkus so far.

    By official rule Gut IS allowed to go ahead and pick: the new GM missed his first deadline in round 6 and is therefore "on pause." I'd like to cut the guy some slack, but as I've said before, I won't punish everyone for the sake of one.

    You can pick right now, and you have five picks saved up. Your team is listed in the original post as "TBA" right now, so you'll see that you already have Chris Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald. The list of taken players is also at the beginning of this thread.

    I ALMOST took him. Even wrote his name down but then decided I really shouldn't draft a 3rd CB before I had a dominant pass rusher.

    Excellent pick because I probably would have taken him with my next pick had you not.

    He's still a very good CB.

    I can tell you that IMO there are five guys on the board that I am shocked weren't taken in the top three rounds.

    He's been an up and down player but has a lot of talent and was absolutely dominant in the playoffs. Didn't he have like 3 picks?

    You have a bunch of picks to make and short of some dearth at certain positions, there are still top notch players all over the place...certainly 5 worth taking to get you back up to speed!

    People have been drafting pretty smartly short of a few surprises (based mostly on team design it looks like) and there is even at least one future Hall of Fame player waiting to be gobbled up (Peyton is gonna be mad at me for not taking him last pick I think. Of course, he hates being on his back even more!).
