If you're a QB would you want to go to a team that is grooming their franchise QB to start and possible replace as soon as week 8-9?

I don't see how or why any QB that sees themself as a starter will want to come here.

David Carr and Mark Brunell have both played under Chrid Palmer and both are journeyman.

David Carr--Now there's a great idea. I watched him with the Texans when he came into the league. Total Loss Farm. Rather have Collins.

yeah i'd rather have Collins anyday over David Carr or McClown.some of these guys Palmer had in the past really aren't that good.

I agree that Collins is the best option.
But, from what I've read it appears that Kerry makes too much to bring back.

Carr and McCown makes sense because both have played for Palmer and both should/would accept their role as mentor.

A lot of the others guys that you mention aren't going to want to come in here and be a stop gap they're gonna want to prove that there a starter.

And imo that is the exact wrong kind of dynamic you want to create for a young QB.

You don't want to create QB drama, you want a guy that accepts there role.
