I think its funny that a lot of the posters are surprised at the way this draft has gone. Sure, Fisher and his staff are out but things stayed the same at the top. This is Munchs first draft and probably has little to no idea of what he is doing. Reinfeldt is doing the usual. No surprises there. I liked the Ayers pick. Outside of that I could really care less who else was picked.

If the last few seasons are any indicator of how long you keep your first round QB on the bench then Locker certainly takes the field by week 8 at the latest. I have the exact same complaint about Locker that I do with Rusty so I really don't care which 1 starts the season. Im just hoping Locker pans out.

 

I still haven't seen Greg McElroy go. Even if Locker's our guy, McElroy is insane value this late.

No point wasting a pick on another QB, Rusty, Jake and a vet will be here. We will not have a 4th QB on the roster.

 

Anyone know the best 3 technique available in free agency? Because I'm telling you we are totally set up to run the 3-4 based on this draft. Get one big pig in the middle and we're all set.

 

Bears just got my fav sleeper QB in Enderle, he is gonna be good.

 

No Nose Tackle, no 3-4. Casey is 30 lbs. too light to play NT in the 3-4, if that's what you think; and I don't know who you think our five-techs are, either.

The 3-4 is boom-or-bust, and because it's the dominant fad it's becoming harder to get guys who can really play it. I'll take the Pro 4-3 Jerry Gray used in Buffalo, kthxbi,
