Yes! I almost cried when Gabbert was still on the board. But they kept their sense and picked the man.

Jimmy Smith is looking lilke a strong possibility in Round 2, which would be legit.

 

I'm a Stanzi guy, but I support this pick.
Locker's skills are complementary to the offense. He's a QB who doesn't need lots of protection like Mallett would. But he's going to get it, anyway. And with his mobility, he'll have plenty of time to make the best decisions.

 

Now lets get McNabb to be our starter for a year while Jake sits

I don't get Liuget as as 3-4 DE, but he may be an elite situational player worth the pick.

 

I very much like the pick. He's a Steve Young type. Ranked as a 1st rounder two years in a row ( me like ), deep arm, plenty of talent, speed, and leadership. All bodes well. Think he's a good fit for us, and the last qb out of Washington we drafted, Warren Moon. Locker is a cool name too. That's a football player.

 

WHERE IS LOCKER? why is he THE ONLY ONE NOT SHOWN ON CAMERA @ HOME OR ANYTHING?!?!?! i dont wanna scroll through 25 pages ... does anyone know if they will even show locker?!?

 

Okay mister genius, who would of you got in the 8th pick, Gabbert is a huge BUST with tons of red flags, fairley is a haynesworth v2.0 LAZY! And Minnisota wanted Locker at 10? So explain to me how this was bad. It was a good pick for what we needed badly
