Uhhh... I'd say that single plays to win a championship are in a different category. And if you can't appreciate a home run for its awesomeness, then you just suck at understanding baseball. Sorry you're missing out on such a great game.

 

Not a slam, just curious. Have you ever played organized B-Ball? Or even softball? Understanding the intricacies and skill involved could help offset the slow pace.
