    I agree that I would not want to trade for him, as the Bengals would probably want to much for him. If they release him then I think we should go after him. Chances are they will not release him though. It is my understanding that once the owner says no, it is not going to happen. That whole situation could get very interesting.

    I'd go for palmer.. he has enough experience on the field to mentor a rookie. Unfortuately it's not up to us to get it him rather the Bengals to decide what they'll do with him..
    wonder if palmer will change his mind if the bengals draft a WR in the first round..

    With the limited talent available at QB, it's sad that the owner might force him to make good on his threat to retire. There are 5 or 6 teams out there including the Titans that could use the services of Palmer. His chances of coming here or any other team are pretty low so we need to look elsewhere and avoid this drama.
