I'd like him back. Somewhere in our rotation, he's upgrading a defensive tackle. I don't think he could or should walk in here and line up next to Tony right off the bat. He'd have to earn his position and work for his keep on this line, obviously. If we could get 80% of 2008 Albert back then we'd still have a top 10 DT, so yes, if the price is right I want him. No, I don't think we need him though.

You can't give Shanahan a full pardon, in that regard. He raised alot of eyebrows with some of the decisions he made, as well as some of his statements this season.

Personally, I think Al would be more motivated to perform if he came back to TN. He's had his ego kicked around and bruised. And he still has enough in the tank to make a difference on the line.

Although, I'd send Shanahan thank you letters every week of the coming season, if we ended up getting McNabb and AH... lol
