I'd be happy with McNabb. Orton would probably be the better option long term, but I don't want him for vindictive reasons.

McNabb has loads of experience and can mentor whom ever we draft/if we draft a QB this year.

I wonder if he'd be able to get his number from Collins.

Surprised his name hasn't come up as well. Its not as if we would be looking for him to be our long term solution..I think for 1yr it would be a solid pickup for us..with not much risk considering where we are right now as a team. I think he would be a good bridge to the draft next year.

Agreed, in theory I'd be happy with Orton too, but he made a hater out of me after he whined and called our team dirty.

As for the McNabb vs. KC argument, KC is a statue in the pocket. I believe that McNabb still has the ability to escape from pressure and improvise as a playmaker. We've seen what KC can do with this team, but what about McNabb with a decent O-line (hopefully improved after the draft) and a running game? I definitely don't see him being any worse than KC.

I'd love McNabb in a Titans uniform. Will it happen? Probably not.

I've always liked Mcnabb, but I don't feel like we are a "Mcnabb" a way from being a contender, so I'd rather start with a longer term solution.

Well since most of you want Fish gone, then what does it matter to only have McNabb for a year. We need a gamebreaker at QB or a dominant defense and take our chances with a game manager qb. We can all agree Pittsburgh doesnt have the skill level on offense but since their defense is insane they make a deep run in the playoffs. Im glad Vince is gone, you just cant count on him, so we need to find out what we want. KC is not going to last a whole year lets just face it. No Orton either, I seen plenty of him in Chicago.

Oh and Friday Night Lights is ending on DTV so we might have a shot at Vince Howard at QB and of course we need to make a run after Eric Taylor for head coach. Just a thought!

Wait... did I just read someone saying that McNabb over KFC is not an upgrade?

This is by far the worst QB lineup in the NFL. Getting McNabb would help tremendously.

don is a winner and he will flourish in jeff fishers system. Honestly, Jeff Fisher wants a game manager who can make plays when needed. He is the perfect QB for this system. Also, this franchise needs to hold the front when it comes to having a winning african american quarterback as the leader of franchise. who else fits?
