It's Official: Fisher not fired, will coach Titans in 2011

    It's notable that Fisher didn't sign an extension. He'll be a "lame duck" coach in 2011 and, I assume, will be coaching for a new contract.

    This could make it hard to get the right assistants in place.

    Definitely could, unless we get a Garrett type of coordinator, who will supplant Fisher if he doesn't perform, or will be guaranteed to be in place regardless.

    This was official the day they announced they were letting VY go, shouldnt be a surprise.

    I guarantee the Titans do not make the playoffs next year, and would be shocked if they win more than 8 games. (if there is a season). As long as Fisher is the head coach, this franchise is a joke.
