What is everyone's perfect scenario for the Titans?

Fire fisher, dinger, Cecil. Get rid of the deadweight players (ex. Donnie nickey, lavelle Hawkins). Resign moss and find an oc who can draw up a gp that puts moss and britt on the field at the same time, draft a qb that is mobile with a good arm. Use your other picks to fix holes on d and to put people on your interior oline that can clear out a hole for chris Johnson to reach the second level. Resign cj.

 

Oh, and pray that VY doesn't end up on a team that you have to play twice a year with a coach who actually invest more time trying to help him grow than trying to replace him so that he is not instrumental in helping that team stomp a mudhole through your butt twice a year. If that happens then bud may have a stroke.

The only way I would find this entertaining is if we retain Fisher. Otherwise, I hope VY finds a nice home in the NFC.

Who the hell do you think we are, the Borg collective? What is this "everyone" $#!t? Everyone this, everyone that. Who the hell is talking about cutting Chris Johnson anyways? Your post sucks, it does nothing for ME. It doesn't even say anything. Don't pigeon hole me. I probably read opinions from 100 different individuals on a given day and only a small handful, maybe three or four see things close to the way I do.

 

Vince Young is like malware. I hope he ends up playing for the Jaguars as I don't see Houston as a possibility because they appear to be very solid at the quarterback position. Vince Young isn't going to change just because he wears a different uniform. He is still going to be mentally weak, physically vulnerable and prone to displays of emotional instability.

I fear not Vince Young. I wish him on a division rival in a heartbeat.

 

I agree. Moss and Britt would be an amazing duo.

In the draft, move up to get Mallett. We will not get him at #8, he will be gone by then. Let Mallett be the starter and progressively learn like Bradford has done.

 

A quick fix would be to just let Fisher go. A new coach wouldn't do much better the first year because of the mess Fisher has caused. But atleast year 2 with a new coach would be the year I feel we would strart seeing a difference. If we let Fisher coach one more year then we are one year later to getting where all of us want to be one day.....which is relevancy.

 

Amen! Good lord everyone thinks we need to clean house and nothing could be farther from the truth. We need to keep our core playmakers, fisher, hope for cook mcgrath and a few others to breakout, hope for a good QB in the draft, and sign a few solid free agents. I hate when "fans" pretty much say clean house when we have so much potential and the season just doesnt pan out due to injuries, inconsistent QB play, and a few offensive lineman being moved around.

Perfect scenario for me, Fisher also gets the axe. We take best defensive players available in the first 3 rounds. Get AH back, sign or trade for an experienced vet (McNabb/Orton). I know that's asking a lot but I feel that's what we need to get where we want to be.

As for coaching replacements, I don't have a clue.
