We're at least 8 pieces short on defense alone.

Just to clarify, I am not happy with the move. Not because I am a "Tennessee Vince Young" fan. But because we have NO replacement for him.

I am more agitated with the fact Bud Adams played sides. The answer is simple, fire Jeff Fisher (and his staff) and THEN reconstruct the team with moves like this. How many games do we have to lose with Jeff's boys before Bud Adams realizes, we suck when we do it his way? You guys want Andrew Luck? Well if he stays in school, we'll likely be picking 1st next year! And if Jeff's on the sidelines, I bet we will still look anemic and lost every week with Luck.

I will not be rooting for Vince in another teams uniform, and definitely not his new team. I do hope he finds the right team and makes the most of his career. Just like I did for guys like McNair and Bulluck. But I will not follow VY in any way. I happened to be a Titans fan long before him, I will be one long after.

As long as we keep Jeff Fisher, I'll just be less than enthusiastic about the team.

I'm interested to see how he does with a new team. His qb rating should give him a chance at starting and i would love to see the Titan's decision on record. If he doesn't play we'll never really know. So like Warren Moon I want to see what happens.

I'm interested too. I've been hearing talk of all his possible landing spots (Dolphins, Panthers, Bills, Vikings) and it'll be interesting to see where he goes and what he can do.

  7. If I was the owner, I would fire Jeff Fisher and let a new coach bring in a new staff and select a new QB. Remember, Jeff Fisher wanted to draft Matt Leinart. Also, Its obvious that Jeff Fisher shares part of the blame in the issues with Billy Volek and VY.

With no changes in the head coach, Kerry Collins, will likely end next season as the starting QB thru injury or performance issues with a rookie QB or Free Agent has-been QB.

I forecast 8 wins and 8 losses, and 6 winning seasons in 18 years by Jeff Fisher.

Just maybe, BUD will do the right thing and FIRE Jeff Fisher!

Fisher locked out McNair, and threw Volek under the bus in-spite of saying he could win the job and then Volek went out and won it and got ran over. Fisher has definately had some problems with qbs. Less we not forget Chris Chandler was not too happy being replaced, and then he went on to a superbowl appearance.

Business decision by the organization to keep McNair from getting hurt in the facility so they wouldn't be on the hook for his $25 million. I doubt Jeff Fisher didn't want the guy around.
Chris Chandler was a d$%#. He was a bad mentor to McNair and also to Mike Vick in Atlanta. He was also a crappy QB who knew what he was getting into when he signed the same year the Oilers took a QB with the third pick.
