Next up CJ...maybe Fisher will start benching him because he's not averaging 200 yards a game.

Every time someone mentions how Vince got cut today, I just keep thinking back to iQon's signature - "Crash of the Titans - Starring Jeff Fisher"

Well if we go into next season with old man Collins and freaking Rusty Smith as the only 2 QBs on the roster I'll be right there with you rooting for Vince on another team. Since that wont happen, consider who the QBs we're using were. Nobody is going to argue Collins is better than Young but Young wasn't a long term answer.

    You've completely missed the point.

I really don't care for the group-think, clique-ish character of this message board.

VY wasn't the subject of the post and the "We hate Vince and we run the message board" group wasn't either.

I was talking about how people here claim to be fans but will diss a player at the drop of a hat. CJ got 2000 yrds last year and people here (supposed fans) were still like "He's not going to do it again next year so fock him!"

The reality is that CJ won't finish his career here.

Even if he plays past his time, it won't be an Emmitt Smith situation in which he comes back here just to retire a Titan.

This is just my opinion so you can take it how you want, but the way I see it, this organization and its fans don't respect their players as people.

"Yeah we ran you into the ground, but we also paid you, so fock off, douchebag. Don't let the door hit you where He split you." --- What CJ is gonna hear when his time comes.

The point of my last post, simplified again:

Steve McNair and Keith Bulluck say "Wait for it."

I'm not going to read through the last 21 pages in their entirety, but I feel like this is the right thread for this...

I just read the news. I hope it's the right decision, but ultimately, I think it's a mistake. At least we can move on now about the QB situation.

Still hoping Fisher gets the axe even though it doesn't look as likely now. There are positives if he stays. I like most of the staff. I'm probably one of the few (well, maybe the only one) that likes Cecil. Heimerdinger, Munchak, Washburn... I'd hate to see those guys leave. Still, this franchise is due a fresh start. With an open position at QB, there really isn't a better time to lure a coach like Cowher or Gruden, assuming that's the direction the team (Bud) wants to go.
