If we don't go QB in the 1st then when?

I could see us go for Christian Ponder from FSU in the 2nd or Ricky Stanzi in the 3rd or 4th, but ideally I think we should go for one of the big names in the 1st

 

Watching Luck through 3 Q's tonight and all I have to say is we should sell the house for this guy.

Realistically won't happen, but this guy just might be the next big thing in the NFL.

 

..if he goes pro.

 

I mean, I've heard that he could stay at Stanford but once he realizes that he's the guaranteed number 1 overall pick I think he will come to his senses.

 

Not with the labor issues..

If Harbaugh returns, I could see Luck coming back. Stanford is a young team and would have a legit title shot next year w/ Luck.

In a heartbeat. Even though DeAngelo is a FA.. so technically the Panthers can't trade him. Heck they could even have VY in the deal.

 

Would they do this though? They would be getting CJ and lets say Mallet for Stewart and Luck? I may be one sided but idk
