People don't like change. These players are uncertain about their future and also covering themselves if Fisher should return.

Once the dust settles you'll hear nothing but positives from the players about the next guy.

Whatever! Jeff is unprofessional, immature, arrogant, classless coward, adulterer, and a liar! He has the nerve to talk about someone not being a “Man”. What has he done to represent himself as a Man…nothing! He has censored players for saying things to the media, banned players from coming to the facility and has done so by sending messengers to do his dirty work. I have no respect for him as a person or a man. He is a LOSER! Let him go suck eggs!

 

If this is true then I'm even more worried about this team than originally thought. If these guys want Fisher, then that means they are satisfied with being below average. They just want to be cozy and collect a check.

From the player quotes to the replies. Of course Vince and Fish have their own supporters. And they probably have players taking sides. I have no problem with that, the situation was handled poorly. But you can't be surprised that people love Fish. I mean, come on. Who else would have given some of these guys a roster spot? Forget the starting roles, we have soooo many guys who would have went undrafted if Jeff Fisher didn't exist.
