lets face reality, this coach cannot coach talent, has moss britt johnson, etc, britt and moss should both be out there and spreading the defense out then run johnson,or if they run blitz, like today, audible to a screen to johnson, with moss and britt running down field, then the field is oipen,i mean kansas city, blitzed alot,no screens to the fastest man in the nfl.

I was listening to a Titans post game show the other day and there were a few former players on there (Dyson and Bishop I think) and they were discussing what it was like playing for Fisher. They said that most specifically there was a constant fear of losing your spot to the guy behind you; that if you didn't play well and handle your responsibilities, anyones job was potentially up for grabs.

This is what Fisher has lost. The fear and respect of his guys. For whatever reason, Fisher doesn't run a tight ship like he used to. Guys play halfa*s or just suck and he continues to play them. Aside from Vince, for whatever reason, he gets benched for nothing. Back in the day if you played like garbage, you sat. Kerry should have got benched today, he absolutely sucks. Multiple games of just absolute GARBAGE QBing. Some of the worst games I've ever seen... 30-40% completion with multiple INT? gtfo. Fisher has to go, bring someone in who will put the fear in these chumps

Agreed. And you know if Vince Young had a day like that, he'd a been benched after the first half, with Fisher saying "it gave us the best chance to win".

So much wrong with this team.

I learned from my teaching career that for most of us, there comes the time when we can no longer relate to those we are teaching. The kids have moved on and nothing in our experience has any relevance for them and they simply stop listening. I think Jeff Fisher has come to that point. I think he tried to mold Vince, could not do it, and the players took Vince's side, which young people are prone to do, whether it's right or wrong. And so we have what we have.

Either they were being paranoid for no reason or else Fisher REALLY thinks Scaife and Gage are great players.

This is why he's a terrible coach. You don't 'mold' super athletes. You adjust your gameplan to fit their strengths.

Talent or not, Fisher has never been an offensive minded coach. His coaching mentality only works when you have a dominating defense. I can't see his approach changing at this point in his career.

I have it on good authority that PassTitansPass is Jeff Fisher's brother - and even he wants him gone..
