Its simple... Fisher and VY need to go and if you think a new coach would put up with a avg QB that calls him out in front of others then you are sadly mistaken. We do not need either of them.. We need to get this team in order. The Titans are not fun to watch and that is even when VY is playing. Time to start over even if we do not want to accept it... And Vincent Fuller better get ready to play Nickel again.. Word is Cortland will be suspended 2 games.

Agree that....with today, we are still one game out of the division lead, which clearly shows that OUR DIVISION BLOWS this year.

As ridiculous as this sounds, if we get our heads out of our arses here we good still be playing in the postseason...for one game anyway.

Comparison to an office job is inappropriate. Do you make more than your boss? A lot of the players are making more than Fisher. The power structure in the NFL isn't strictly a hierarchy. To a lesser extent than the NBA, the players are often more important than the coaches. If the players as a whole won't work with a coach, it isn't the players that are going to be dismissed. More is invested in the players, individually and as a whole, than in the coaches. Continued comparison to a typical office job only shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the NFL power structure.

I agree with you 100%. How can any of you compare the team to an office job, or the matter of fact a "White Collar Job"? You guys don't get it. This is a team sport. When I played high school football it was about the comradely. Being there with your teammates. Sure they get paid for it, but you can not compare playing professional sport to a regular job. Its a sport, and if you ever played in a sport its about being a team.

Some of you people on this board need to get your heads out of your A#$.

This game was so obvious that the team took a side. Only haters think otherwise.
