I have been a long time Fisher supporter too (was also a VY supporter), but after last week's exhibition I said VY needed to go. Given this week, between the VY turmoil and what happened with Dinger I expected the Titans to play hard...I wasn't really expecting them to win (hoping, not expecting), but I never thought that they would just lay down the way they did. That is an ominous sign....IMO Fisher has lost the team here.

I think at this point both Fisher and VY go, and a major housecleaning gets done.

This ^^^ VY is too immature and Fisher has too much control which has led to his overinflated ego... :irked:

2 total laydowns in 2 years is pretty bad.

I still don't agree with the Vince is too immature mentality. Finnegan is "fiesty," yet gets into regular confrontations with players. Everyone has a breaking point. Vince hasn't fought with a teammate or a member of the opposite team. He yelled at the coach in frustration because the coach didn't put him in last year despite a miserable 0-6 start and wouldn't let him start in the Miami game and on and on...Give Vince one more year with a new head coach. Then if he has the same reaction to that coach, he goes after his contract is up. If we win games and get him to be the QB we need, it is worth one more year. Fisher is not worth one more year. He's had enough chances.

Now that you mention the distress that Bud must be in by now, this just might be the best thing to happen to the team. Assuming Bud is not senile and remembers his humiliation, just maybe he will decide to let Jeff and company go at the end of the season. Then, when Vince returns next season and gets his humongous salary increase, we will see if it indeed was Fisher or Vince. That should be something to look forward to. "The continuuuing story...."

This team won't win another game this year. That's extremely sad. These players are thinking - " oh God not again". Who you guys want in the draft, cause that's what we might as well look forward to. Even at 1-6 last year I didn't deem this team dead, but thats the case this year.
