Irvin... if you claim to know so much about a guy you can trash him like that, then at least have the decency to know his name

Riddle me this Titans fans. Didnt fisher hire Norm Chow as Off. Cord? How was that clown going to help VY's career? I think that Jim Washburn is the best coach on staff. And the Head equipment manager is a jerk. I know that for a fact.

I keep hearing that Vince does't put in the time and he is not dedicated, but every year he has gotten better to the extent that he was the top rated QB for half the season and is currently fifth. Second in the least amount of int. I don't believe that is possible without study and dedicaton.
I just don't think Fisher has ever forgiven Bud for demanding Vince be inserted into the starting lineup and has tried to prove that he was correct in not starting him at every possible turn. He may feel like he is challenging him but are his methods actually the correct ones?

Vince seems to believe that Fisher has not had enough faith and confidence in him and I can see where he would feel that way when at every oppurtunity KC is inserted the line up.

Before I get the "You are VY Homer" I was a Titans fan before they were the Titans and will continue to be no matter how this is resolved. I just don't hold Jeff Fisher blameless and without tarnish.
Vince has made it easy. I just think of growing pains with Vince. I hold Fisher to a higher standard due to his age experience and media savvy.

Hoge??? Seriously. Hoge has hated VY since the beginning and is not a good judge.

I seriously doubt that Dilfer watches the Titans week in an week out. In fact listening to him talk I know he doesn't really know what is going on with this team.

VY has done some really stupid stuff but he is a gifted QB but in order for him to really be effective he needs to be used in a scheme that Fisher REALLY doesn't like so he tried to undermine him when ever he gets the chance.

Both of them need to grow up and learn. VY needs to mature and Fisher needs to learn it is ok to be ahead of the other team by more than 3 points going into the 4th quarter.

Hoge doesn't hate Vince. He was right and all the Texas fanboys are too butt hurt by that to admit it.

Steve Young took 8 years to get to 47 games
    Roger Staubach took 7
    Tony Romo took 6
    Joe Montana took 5
    Brett Favre took 5

Vince quit once in 2008 and Fisher quit on Vince this year.

As someone that agreed with Hoge at first...

he wasn't right. He wasn't even near right.

He said Vince sucked. He clearly doesn't. He never said he was an injury-prone emotional headcase.
