Why shouldn't Young be around the team? He is on the team, isn't he? Former players have all said that it's up to the player - at least it was in their time - if they want to work out at the facility, go to meetings, and all that.

Fisher had an out. The thumb injury was going to get Young off the field for the rest of the season. That has been Fisher's dream since Young refused to go back in the game against the Jags in 2008. He was done with Young then and everything that has happened since then has only confirmed it. And now that he has his out, he does something like this? It makes no sense. What is Young going to do in the training facility? Is Fisher so scared of Young's presence in the locker room and his influence on other players that he is keeping him from even being around his teammates? It sure sounds like it.

 

Sorry, but if this is true it's just another classless move by this organization.


Best thing that could've happened would've been to release VY Monday and Fire Fisher the same day. The two want to divide the locker, get rid of em' both.

How much worse would we really be these final 6 games with Heimi as the interim HC?
