They're both ONE BIG PLATE OF FAIL. I couldn't vote for just one.

The only thing Young is capable of "killing" is the English language... :ha:

Even though I agree that doing what VY did was not the best way to go, his reacting to JF in such a way may be the best thing that has happened to the Titans in a long time. Thanks to VY's reaction, JF's bs is out in the open and will have to be dealt with sooner than later. Had VY done nothing, everything would have remained the same, meaning VY being killed slowly by a coach that has been more interested in proving that VY was never the right choice, than trying to exploid VY's skills. We would have continued doing what JF does best, once the Titans start earning some respect, he becomes predictable and everybody starts beating the Titans, even the Redskins who are the worst in the league in 3rd downs. I know that hypocrisy rules in this country and that forms become so important, when breaking forms is what we do best. Get over it ...and stop bsing yourselves. What VY did was called for a long time!!!

I think that picture tells us who should be gone.

VY has to go, you cannot have a QB act like that. Really can't let anyone do it, but the QB is supposed to be your leader. I also think Fisher has done all he can do here in Nashville and it's time for a change. Would love to see Gruden, Harbaugh or Rob Ryan brought in.

The problem with getting rid of Fish is ....who ya gonna get? A lot of coaches will not come to Tenn. The franchise seems to frugal. Does Bud really want to start a revolving door for coaches? But if one has to go it should be Fisher. Fisher's defense is the real problem. Teams are going up and down the field, even if they are having a hard time scoring. That doesn't bode well for a playoff team. The defense is not playoff worthy. DB's on the small side, LB can't pass protect. That is a defense that Fish put together. On the otherside, with weapons around him, VY has proven he can produce.

I'm with Bud ...work it out!!!!!

Football is not a corporation. I would also argue if a supervisor yelled or cussed at his players like Rex Ryan he would also be fired. Good for VY going off. Does Fishers puddy hurt?

I've slept on it twice now.

Fisher has to go but with regret I think we should clean house and move on from VY too.

He can play a good game but he's too fragile mentally. This could easily happen again with another HC.
