Did you happen to catch that incident on your phone? I can't find it anywhere on Youtube.

Don't you see how ironic this is. Last week, a good percentage of people on these boards was questioning his desire to play. Yesterday he wanted to come back in, and yet he catches heat for wanting to play.

How many teams have a starting QB for 5+ years and he is definitely the starter and he gets hurt slightly, wants to come back in and denied in a game where he was playing great? Also happens multiple weeks. It's not like he was having a bad season it is the best year since his rookie year. That never happens. Vince is not treated like he is the starting QB .There is no argument that Vince is the best QB on the team so he should be starting if he feels fine.

There is no respect or support towards Vince by Fisher & that probably causes Vince to have no respect for the coaching staff aka Fisher hence the explosion.

Yes Vince is immature & has had plently of problems but we knew what we were dealing with all this time..they have known this for 5 years so either deal with it or move on and find a new QB a few years ago. This weird relationship between Vince & Fish has really messed us up over the last few years.

Vince probably felt like it was punishment for fumbling earlier in the game, which fisher has set the presedence for benching him for, despite fans questioning it. In youngs latest benching, fisher had called vince out, despite his backup going out and turning it over muliple times himself

Last week, or two weeks ago i belive, kerry is started over vince despite collins having a bum throwing hand. He fumbles, throws an int, stays in the game. This game, vince has aan injured throwing hand but is benched despite wanting back in. This was a long time coming, not just on a whim like you imagine it to be. Thats not immature, anyone going through pressure for an extended period of time is going to break down to it.

You can criticize Young because he never approached Fisher about going back into the game.

You can criticize Fisher because he pounces on any oppurtunity to switch Quarterback. If Vince wanted to go back in, clearly he felt confident enough to be able to throw the football with effectiveness. Fisher went with Rusty Smith, who probbaly sh*t himself 4 times on that field, and absolutely stunk it up not to mention lost the game for us (don't give me the defense crap, having the ball at the 40 late in the game in a 16-16 tie, you should be able to put points on the board).

Time to pull the plug. Its over.

%100 agreed. It's a shame, because there shouldn't be any doubt in anyones mind that Vince gives us the best chance to win. He had a 100+ QB rating before the Miami end of the game INT I believe. Fisher doesn't trust VY 100%, and that can't happen with your QB. Fisher never wanted Vince from draft day, and it's obvious he doesn't want him now. He gave Rusty more freedom than he gave Vince, and that's unexcuseable.

Say we get rid of Vince. Then what? We have Kerry who's not a starter (sorry Jeff Fisher), and Rusty. You're on something if you believe Rusty can lead us.

Vince gives us the best chance to win, by far. With Vince's personality, you have to put your trust in him. Fisher never trusted VY, and I'm sure Vince has known this for a while. It all ended up in Vince's post-game actions and that's a shame.

Cut the guy some slack. Vince isn't the brightest. I'm not arguing that. But we knew that when we got him. He's a genuine guy who cares about what he does, and that's football. He's a damn good football player, at that.

Get rid of Vince, and we have no starting QB, and a coach that is making more and more questionable decisions. And most of all, he isn't winning. Vince can succeed, and that's proven. The guy just wins. How about VY's winning % vs. Fisher's?

Get rid of Fisher, and we have an all-world talent QB who's talents go hand in hand with our all-world RB. We can become an offensive powerhouse. We already should be, but Fisher's old-school stubborn-ness is holding us back.

Fisher needs to go. End of story. And before you call be a VY-home, I was a Titans fan long before I was a VY fan. I want to see the Titans succeed more than any of you, and cutting ties with Fisher and not VY is the smarter move.

Vince asked to be replaced. When he came back from the locker room, Fisher felt he couldn't grip the football. Collin's issue was the middle finger. VY has a thumb. From those who saw him trying to throw it, he couldn't get a grip.

Like who? Name me any starting NFL QB who has done something like this.
