Who will be our new starter?

So he doesn't win games.

 

If Rusty makes it thru the whole game

he is better than VY...If he doesn't fumble once a game he is better. Hell if he throws 1 pass to Randy he is better than VY. Blindfolded I'm better than VY...

 

My guess is Rusty will start until Kerry comes back.

 

You know if Fisher is here next year, Collins is going to be back next year. That just means he going to be the qb until we find an answer.

 

Absolutely no basis for that assessment. He didn't look good in the preseason. He didn't look good against the Skins. I hope he's awesome, and if he starts I'll be rooting my tail off for him, but we have no reason to think this will be anything but a disaster. Lets hope he shows us something we haven't seen yet

 

Maybe you ought to remove the blindfold the next time you're watching the game because you don't know what you're talking about

For all the respect Jeff Fisher has around the league, he's got this thing about him that doesn't play guys that he doesn't like. There seems to be a certain personality type that he wants in a player & if there are any in the locker room that are in conflict with that favored personality type, he puts obstacles in their way in the form of limited playing time, looking for excuses to bench them or throwing them under the bus to the media...or just cutting them outright a la Lagarrett Blount.

Instead of looking for a starting QB, TEN should be on the lookout for a free agent coach. Bill Cowher would be perfect if he doesn't end up at Carolina after Fox gets fired.

 

...I'd rather bring back Niel O'Donnell than Chris Simms.
