San Diego next week and Vince Young

I just have this sick feeling that when Vince comes back in we just abandon this completely successful gameplan and go back to ramming CJ into brick walls. Why can't they call the plays for Vince they called for Kerry today? Vince could easily put up the numbers Kerry had today if he got the attempts Kerry got today. Not that Kerry sucks or whatnot, Kerry did what he needed to and helped us win big time today. I just think its sickening that our coaching staff seems to have so much more faith in him then in our starter.
They actually pulled Vince from a game to try and win it. That makes no sense at all, and says all that needs to be said. Now pair that with todays game...Kerry got more pass attempts today then Vince did in any two games combined almost. It's pathetic.

 

I don't understand how the Chargers defense is good.

Other than Shaun Phillips, I wouldn't consider them to have any great players. They have a few good ones, but nothing special. I'd take our D over theirs any day.

It's going to be up to our pass D in this game.

The Rams held the Chargers to 17 points. C'mon. We've got to beat this team and not choke.

 

Living in San Diego I have dealt with a lot of trash talking both before and after our matchups lately and I am anticipating the same thing starting tomorrow. The hatred for the chargers is right up there with the colts and the ravens. I have watched a lot of charger games this year and even though their stats are there, this is not a typical charger team.
I honestly believe we will finally get a W on these guys this time and for me have some bragging rights again.

If the Chargers are missing those big bodied receivers, we'd have beat them every time. Gates, and Jackson make some circus catches on us all the time, without those two I feel great about beating the Chargers.
