I still think the point of you posting this was to say that the Titans running the ball in the 4th quarter is the way to do it trying to defend how Fisher coached when we lost to the Broncos..

 

Didn't know the Defense put up 34 points . they played good, but Dallas continued to get back in the game. Our offense made plays when they needed to and won the game. Defense closed.

 

I'm proud to say that I was the first person to give this thread an "it sucks".

Yea, the LBing crew were finally able to break up the passing game in the 4th. Romo had 400 yds passing, mostly into the LBer coverage. Give the Titans linebackers credit for hanging in the whole game. It didn't look like the Titans could stop the Cowboys for awhile there. But... I'm still worried about the defense..... Something is missing. The LBs do not cover the pass as well as KB use to.

Good play calling. It seems like the Titans were hiding the vertical passing game all season, saving it for this one game.

Here's a better VY Stat. He has had 0 interceptions in 4 of 5 games this year. Has he ever done that before? I doubt it.

 

In that vein VY has 2x as many TD's than int's.

I was surprised, but all three facets of the Titans' game were played rather well today.
