    What exactly?

    His personal grooming?
Wearing a Manning jersey to a public function?
The art spin delivered in a deadpan voice?

Winning games and doing a good job is all that is important.

He has done at times an exceptional job. At time's he's been good, lately not so much. Overall he's been a decent coach.

Now in his 17th year his record is at about the .500 mark. The last 5 years have been about wild inconsistency though. Big swings between good and bad on both Offence and Defence. We are better than a 2-2 team right now and it is all on Fisher and his coaches.

I've put together our records against the successful AFC teams for the last decade. Against the best teams in our conference whom we need to beat to win it all, we have been 2nd best on average.

We been one of the best teams in the AFC but rarely better than 2 best in our own Division. We have averaged being maybe the 7-8th best team in the AFC under Fisher.

    Wow that is depressing.

High five for putting it together.

I saw the title of this thread and thought it was some type of roll call for former Oilers fans like myself.

I hate Bud even more that he has forced me to root for Dallas once every 4 years.

I'm not sure if you saw the thread I made way back, but we are the 8th best team (record-wise) in the entire league over the past ten years. I would've never guessed that.

7th-8th best in a conference = average. Being average sucks.

Too lazy to search for it, but the rankings were something like:

    1. Colts
    2. Pats
    3. Steelers
    4. Eagles
    5. Packers
    6. Broncos
    7. Ravens
    8. Titans
    9. Giants
    10. Chargers

Didn't realize RollTide already mentioned it... I think the Titans do need some recognition for being better than 24 teams over the last ten years. That being said, if we don't win a playoff game this year it's time for Fisher to go. I'll always respect the guy and appreciate him for being our first head coach, but it's time for someone else.

Eh, it's true there are some extreme (insert player/coach here) haters. However, some people are getting a bit to quick to jump the gun calling someone a hater. I've seen someone question Fisher's play calling (In a respectful way), and have 2 "This post sucks" underneath. That's going a bit too far.

    Yea, McNair was terrible.

In fact, as soon as the AFC South was formed, McNair entered the prime of his career and became a top 5 QB.

if you're right and I don't think you are, Fisher was responsible for both picks.
