    LMAO @ 49ers being a tier 2 team.

Why the hell does he have the Eagles (who no longer have McNabb or Westbrook), the Cardinals (who lost Warner, Boldin, Rolle, Dansby, and McFadden), the Steelers (who lost Holmes and are without Roethlisberger for 6 week), the Dolphins, and the Redskins ahead of the Titans?

    What a moron.

To your point the Titans have lost Bulluck, Vanden Bosch, Mawae, Thorton is getting old, didn't pick up Haynesworth production, and CJ is threatening to hold out. On paper we certainly aren't a top tier team.

vandenbosch is a scrub! he didnt help us at all and he cant do nothing without the help of Haynesworth! the only one that is truly gonna hurt us is losing bulluck and maybe a lil with mawae! And we havent even lost them for good yet!

So, you honestly think that the 49ers, Eagles, Redskins, Steelers, Dolphins, and Cardinals are better than us?

I never said we're a top tier team, but we should at least be in with the third tier guys.

It all depends how long CJ sits out ... if it's 6 games, which I'm expecting then we're certainly a tier 4 team ... if not ... tier 3

There is no way CJ sits out into the regular season. If he is complaining about not getting paid then missing 6 games is going to put a hurting on his bank account. The funniest thing about this whole situation is the fact that everyone is making a big deal that he is not at a VOLUNTARY MINICAMP> These are not mandatory to attend and players all over the league miss them. Sure he wants more money, what player does not? He will be here by the start of training camp...

Did I miss the news segment where we officially lost Bulluck? Because I keep seeing people say how we lost him, but I've never seen the link. Am I missing something? Since I don't live in Tennessee, I obviously don't get as much updates as you guys do, on TV and radio at least.

Okay it is May so no need to get crazy over this, and Pat Kirwan wrote it. BUT, we are not a 4th tier team by any means. Truthfully with all the minor loses I still like our chances at an 11-12 win season. Vince is better than ever, and for a lot of teams that is a problem. With Vince and C.J. demanding so much attention in the backfield, the receivers will be able to walk to the endzone. I'm really pumped about this upcoming season, even with a shaky defense. We will always expect more from the Titans than anyone because that's our team.

    ^^ I agree with you.

I think our defense played decent when they were all healthy and playing as one unit. When Rod Hood played our defense played even better (Hood or somebody better should be starting opposite of Finny this season). I think Morgan will be an upgrade. I actually think McRath will have a breakout season. A healthy Jason Jones instantly improves the line. Jacob Ford and Hayes both have more experience and should improve.

I think we will have a very solid D. More solid than most would predict.

As far as the offense goes it was pretty good at the end of last year. With a whole offseason to build an offense around Vince and CJ's strengths our offense should be even more efficient. Britt has a year under his belt, Gage is healthy, and Hawkins seems to be stepping up. Williams may come on late and Cook is expected to play a lot more.

    We upgraded our special teams.

I think its gonna be a great year.
