Silly CJ!

 

In no way is CJ easily replaceable. Not just any back will work in our offense. Our offense almost needs an exceptional back to make it work. Eddie in his prime, and now CJ in his prime. The other guys we've had just can't make it work.

What'd we say 2 years ago in the playoffs vs. Ravens? When CJ got hurt the entire game changed.

 

If CJ hadn't gone down, not only would we have won, but we would have destroyed the Ravens, advancing to and winning the Super Bowl.

God that game was lame. By far the worst game I've ever watched...

We win that game if:
1. CJ doesn't get hurt
2. Crumpler doesn't fumble inside the 5 like a moron
3. LenDale doesn't fumble the ball in the redzone
4. the refs knew how to blow the damn whistle when the clock hits zero
5. Bironas makes the field goal

Dumbest game of all time. I can't believe I forced myself to rewatch it a few months after the game. Torture.

I've never been more p*ssed off and helpless like I was when I watched the time on the play clock hit zero and stay at zero for nearly two full seconds before Flacco snapped the ball... no penalty. Typical refereeing at Titans games.

 

What makes people think we can plug anyone in at RB and have success? We've never had this offense before to know. People just assume since it's a Jeff Fisher Titans team that the offense is the same. The offense we saw in the second half of 2009 was new, and seems only to work with C.J. and Vince together. A QB-Option in the NFL?!? WTF! Only these two guys make that work at this level. Be smart Titans, give C.J. something to satisfy his hunger.
