As for Kearse.......

    "As for Kearse............ we're going to commit to the younger players". According to the Feb 28, 2010 Tennessean, that's what Fisher said about the subject of keeping Kearse.
    Fisher and I finally agree on the same thing. I hate to see him go but, I'm not one of those 'stay loyal' fans. "We're 0-6, but we managed to stay loyal to our players" mentally sucks. He who plays the better game is who will play the game. I loved the Freak and what he was able to do. I remember the chants, "Who let the Dawgs out" every time this Freak made an appearance in someone elses back field. But Fisher has officially listed him as an Old Dawg and might be looking to the Old Dawgs old stumping grounds in Florida for his replacement in the name of Carlos Dunlap. (Or possibly in South Florida, Jason Pierre-Paul).

    I hate to see these players who built the franchise get passed by. Kearse is one of my top 5 favorite Titans of all time. But he's no longer "The Freak", he's now just Jevon.

    Kearse was good back when the titans started but now he is old and lost his touch.

    Kearse was awesome in his first stint with us.
    But that time is gone. Hate to see him go, but we need all our roster spots for good players...

    Why?


    Why do we have to qualify the reality that he sucks and can't play any more by saying that? I don't hate to see him go i want him out of here so we can replace him with a better player.

    Kearse is no victim he has been paid damn well in his career. Thanks for the memories now don't let the door hit you in the arse.

    I say I hate seeing him go because he's brought me a lot of joy, and there's the human side of me hoping he can pull it back together. But seeing that he's been on the decline now for 5 years tells me he's only going to keep skating down the hill.
