Is Fisher forgiven yet? Or are we Titans still upset?

Ok, I will admit, I was very, very upset with Fisher for not starting Collins earlier. Although Collins did put up similar numbers to last year, and in some cases even better. I believe our defense lost a lot of games due to injury.

My Question to all of you, how do you guys feel about Fisher right now?

To me, this is how I see it. We have nothing to lose. We have to fight our way into the playoffs and make a statement to everyone. I believe that if we continue to be conservative, especially against the Colts, we are going to be in trouble. Last year, our Defense was awesome, but our Offense had nothing compared to the Offense this year. I just hope Fisher has it in him to break the chain and let the "TITANS" go crazy.

    To Jeff Fisher,

You coach, have the weapons, and hold the reigns to this team. Your decisions will have a huge impact on this team and our emotions. All I ask of you is to break out all of the plays, and everything we have to WIN. This team will fight to the bitter end. Show us more of what brought us the "Music City Miracle." I literally got teary eyed, and went crazy when the play was ruled a TD. That Coach is the Fisher we want from here on out.

this is the second time VY saves his job if Bud Adams decides to keep him. I remember Bud Adams calling him out after starting 0-5 in 06 saying he was getting out coached.

I still say he needs to win a Super Bowl before his contract is up or he's gone

Still time for Fish to go. He's a good coach, but I am ready for a great coach.

If you've been watching Jeff Fisher on the NFL network... Where he's mic'ed up during the games, either one of two things are being shown:

    1) Him saying "Go CJ!!!"

    or

    2) Being a cheerleader.

I rarely ever see a clip of him in the mic'ed up segments while he's actually giving the players game instructions. So either the NFL refuses to show that side of Jeff Fisher or he doesn't do it.

Which leads me to my next conclusion: Who won the last game for us? Was Jeff Fisher tactically guiding VY or was VY being VY and being a Winner. Something Jeff Fisher wishes he was.

In hindsight, Jeff Fisher has some quality players that led him to successful seasons. He's also pledged blind allegiance to terrible players. His leash is much longer than I think it should be in this regard for his players. I don't think that this is a winning strategy. IMO, if one player looks significantly better than another, they start. Anything other than that is putting your team in a bad situation, and I feel that this is why Fisher is not going to be the coach that leads us to a Superbowl. However, I think VY can lead us to a Superbowl. I've been getting proved wrong all year. Fish, you gonna prove me wrong some more? Please do.

If you think VY is good now, think about VY with a coach that makes better decisions and trusts him. They say that VY has grown up and matured, I feel like Jeff Fisher needs to do the same and come to terms with the fact that to win the nfl, you can't have a passive loyalty based, conservative football team. Theres a reason the 85 bears only won the SB in 85. LOL. Look at the teams that won more than 1 SB, they are the exact opposite of the 85 bears. Just my 2cents. Go Titans!

I don't believe what I am hearing here. He is a great coach, which many teams would be happy with at the controls of their teams.

Fisher is a good coach, never said he wasn't, but what I am asking is does he have what it takes to, "Go all the way?" I mean, people think Bill blew it when he went for it on 4th down against the Colts. You know, he did, but he laid it on the line and came up short. What have we got to lose at this point, Right now! I can't stand the Pats, and I am tired of hearing about Brady, but for the position that Fisher has, he needs to have some CAHOENEEES, pass that on to his players.

VY tried to make things happen, and you can see his players stepped up to that level and really went all out. CJ tries to get every single yard you can. He doesn't just go 'Out of Bounds" Not a "Sideline Harris." I just want for Fish to realize that right now, we have to do whatever it takes to WIN< WIN< WIN. All of the weapons are there. He just needs to pull the trigger.

Unless Fisher can bring home the Big One, I believe it is time for change.

I can live with Fisher, but The team forced him to start VY the first time. The Owner forced him to start VY the second time. And the kicker is that he said that winning determines who starts. And yet Vince, who does nothing but win, rides the pine, while Kerry, who twice now has ruined a season, keeps on keepin on. To me, that is the kicker because it demostrated to me that he just wanted to do things his way and wasn't willing make needed change. But it's personal. Because he has adapted before. We went from a conservative offense to a 4 WR set and we were successful both times. He made the same changes on Defense going from an agressive to conservative appraoch. He can change. But when it came to Vince, the team and the owner had to force his hand. There's something going on there. There's tension. And I honestly think it could be as stupid as his being from USC and Vince from Texas.
