Well its all apart of transition. For years we didnt really make any moves to the benefit of the offense. The priority was always defense. Now scale has been tipped because of all the moves that have been made on the offensive side of the ball. Vince Young, Chris Johnson, Kenny Britt, Jason Cook, and as you said a very good young offensive line...sort of an "out with the old..in with the young lol" transition. Now the defense needs to go through that same transition..we have a lot of age on that side of the ball. Which is one of the many reasons why I would rather us go defense with our first pick in the draft. So for right now I would have to say offense..but if the FO can make some SMART personnel decisions..defense shouldnt be too far behind

Our Defense just isn't mean I'd give anything to have that "baltimore defense" paired with our up and coming Offense = Superbowls for sure. To do that we need to draft an ugly at LB. I've heard somewhere about Taylor Mays being OLB. I like Rolando McClain to be MLB, and move Tully to OLB over Thornton (is tully to short and could be a problem vs Tightends) McGrath will eventually take over for Bulluck and I think its the year for that. IF we go Dline, I really like that Brandon Graham kid out of michigan, reminds me ALOT of Dwight Freeney.

Oh, and it s finally nice to be able to post on these boards.

This is the game that the Titans defence needs to leave everything out on the field. No quarter asked and certainly none given .

The colts receivers need to be put in a position where they ask themselves "do I really want to catch the ball" .Colts running backs need to be asked if they are willing to put their body on the line to win this game and Manning needs to be put in a position where he has to decide if this game is worth winning at all cost?

The offence will take care of itself but Sunday is a game that only the Def can win . I think the desire to win this game may be evaluated by the fines handed out.

While the video is fun to watch, it reminds me of when I was an assistant coach for Little League one year (12-14yr olds). We had an OK team, but there was one kid clearly better than everyone else in the league. He was a little bigger, significantly faster and not surprisingly...there team was the best. That kid played MLB on D and QB and RB on offense. Our starting S was litterally half his size (and height). Half way through the season, a 'kid' showed up to our practice we'd never seen before. Sure enough, his name was on our list but no one had seen him before. He hadn't been at tryouts and his parents had registered him. This 'kid' was bigger than ME (and I'm 6' 200lbs). I spent all practice working with him one on one to get him up to speed since we were playing the best team that weekend.

Halfway thru the first quarter we put him in at running back. He ran right thru the line and took half there team to bring him down. The next play we ran him on an offtackle play. He and there MLB (the best kid in the league) met mano a mano. Our guy ran right over him like a Mack truck hitting a sports car head on. Our guys were jumping for joy knowing we could run the ball at will and win the game. There guy took 2minutes to get up.

We took our guy out the next play and he didn't play offense again. Why? He would have killed someone or seriously hurt many players. This wasn't the NFL and this was for kids to learn and have some fun. If he can flat run over the biggest(2nd biggest compared to our guy)/strongest/fastest kid in the league, what would he do to the much smaller/lighter kids.

The above video is a good example of when an avg sized player gets hit by the bigger/faster kid in the league. The defender is off the screen to the right and runs right past most of his teammates (and is bigger than them too) to make that hit.

Pee Wee football is a lot more fun when that big kid is on your team...not when he's playing S or MLB and you're the little tike with the football...
