Vince Young will eventually be cut. Not traded, but cut from the Titans and the team will get nothing in return.

You could trade him now (well, "now" as in, when trading becomes open again) and get MAYBE a draft pick for him. But that won't happen, I don't think. He will just be cut.

The best thing you could do right now is to play Kerry Collins just so that the rest of your offense gets some practice with a real QB under center. Even if KFC sucks, this season is blown anyway and Vince Young brings nothing to the table at all.

I think there are a few QB's in the college game right now that will give your franchise a chance.

Sam Bradford - will slip due to shoulder surgery, and could end up being a steal.

Colt McCoy - has all the tools, and will likely be an early pick.

Jimmy Clausen - will be the best out of all of them. He's a stud, and he only got off to a slow start because of ND's poorly assembled roster in the post-Brady Quinn fallout.

And....the only one that you absolutely should NOT experiment with: Tebow. Again, he's not a real QB and someone will waste a pick on him to experiment around, but this is the NFL, and you must have a real QB to operate successfully. There's a reason why Joe Flacco is a much better NFL QB than Troy Edwards, and teams need to learn that.

Thanks for the inside information, Nostradamus.

If this isn't an indication of your ignorance, I don't know what is. Are you Coach Fisher?

Once again, you're predicting that any of these QBs are going to come out of the gate ala Matt Ryan style. Doesn't always work that way, pal. Once you start watching football for a few years, you'll understand how it works. Ryan Leaf should be prime example that a 1st round stud college QB is a crap shoot.

The only statement you've made that has any intelligence or merit to it whatsover. I guess in your case, one out of three ain't bad.

Half of our problem is in the feet these receivers call hands. They have been terrible lately, and that's comes as no surprise to me. The Titans franchise sucks at passing the ball, and under Fisher always will, no matter who is under center. So why the hell do they choose to pass so much this season? Justin Gage is a 3rd WR anywhere else other than in Tennessee, and the same goes for Nate Washington. Kenny Britt hopefully will emerge as the clear cut No. 1 WR that he could become by default. I understand playing catch up football includes passing, but why be there in the first place. Just run and run, and maybe pass when they least expect it as Collins did last year. That works and until Vince does stink it up, shut your mouths about his inability to be a 'NFL QB'. Alex Smith has been considered a bust as well and the man nearly saved the 49er's last week.

    And to SwingOnDeezBalz,
I'll get the new user name: Bofadeeznutzinurmouf for you.

That's his screen name, but IMO, that's also what he can do.

"Fisher had a big part in selection of those bust picks an especially after Floyd left. "

Mrs. Reese said the same. I'm going to say that Fisher has had full rein to choose all the draftees. And when you look at it, it is apparent that the drafting has not been lucrative. We have ONE big player on offense-CJ-and he will be gone when his contract ends. Britt, with some good coaching-which we don't have-could be a stand-out, but his talent is being wasted on a weekly basis. Aside from those two, what we have is below mediocre. The defense was good, but with Al gone and having to spend most of the game on the field, they have rebelled.

Fisher has indeed lost this team ; However, if something new and improved comes along this Sunday, I will be very surprised, elated, and humbled!

I don't know why you guys resort to insulting to Swing, alot of what he is saying actually makes sense. I disagree, however, that Collins needs to continue as the starter. This season is a wash and there is no reason to believe that something was discovered during the bye week that would Collins any more productive than he was before the bye week. That said, I expect Vince to be equally as bad, but he will undoubtedly run the ball alot more.

It would be fun to see some Wildcat for shiz and giggles. I'm not certain Vince is a good enough runner for that though.

    Shock.

People on the internet are insulting someone named SwingondeezBals. who does nothing but makes presumptuous assertions on how a player who has only played in scrub duty this season is going to do much worse that one who had negative passing yards, who then suggests a QB going into surgery, a QB from the same offense as the one that he's bashing, and another from a program that thrives off beating scrubs and losing to the 4 halfway decent teams they play every year.

Rebuild under Fisher... AGAIN? No thanks.

VY brings nothing to the table? Wow.
The fact that the season is blown is all the more reason we should be seeing Vince out there. It's clear you think he's terrible and will never get better (and you certainly aren't the only one who feels that way). But it would be idiotic to not give Vince one more shot considering everything the organization has invested in him. He's getting paid for this season whether he's starting or sitting on the bench anyway. With the playoffs out of the picture, there's no better time to see what he's got. If he goes out there and looks absolutely horrible then cut him after the season. If he ends up looking really good then we can scratch QB off of our 'positions-to-address' list. Simple as that.
The last thing I would want is for VY to finish out the season riding the bench, get cut and end up looking good with another team next season. Meanwhile, we'd be sitting here with old man Collins and an unproven rookie QB... wondering why in the world we didn't give VY another shot.
KFC has done absolutely nothing to show that he should be starting for this team in 2010. He's done. I honestly can't think of a single reason to stick with him at this point.
