After arriving at work early this morning, I heard on the news (didn't catch which channel it was on), that Fisher was having a news conference today.
Did anyone else hear that? What time and what channel? I have a feeling that this will be worth watching!

Hopefully it's not more of the same Fisherspeak spin trying to downplay the painfully obvious.

I have the feeling that this is going to be alot more than trying to sugar coat a bad loss. Fisher can do that on his weekly TV show. I think there's going to be a lot more to this. If he was being fired, Bud would be having the news conference not Jeff. I just don't feel like this is a, "We ALL screwed up and it starts with me" speech. This will be TV worth watching.

he just gonna say they going to look into changing some things during the bye week.
If they ask him about the QB position, i dont see him saying Kerry is the starter.

I think he is going to say it's something they are looking into.

I hope we don't hear a word about Kerry. He's been done waaaay before today, maybe now Fisher sees it. Fisher seemed for once humble in his interview on Titansonline. This lost year may be good for next year, since Collins time has hopefully expired. The Titans were so out of their element in the snow it was ridiculous. I live where it snows often in the winter and football is another game in the snow. People here love playing football in the snow, and if your not use to it then its over before it began.

Maybe it will be his resignation speech? :ha:

Seriously, what possibly can he say other than to apologize to the fans for such a humiliating debacle? I don't want apologies; I want action.

I wouldn't expect much - coach speak about how they're going to work harder and make changes. what a complete embarassment yesterday, the team has more talent than that. There's no way, even with the injuries, that the score should've been anywhere close to that debacle.

He has a press conference every Monday around 3.

When he's asked about Adam's quote about not firing him now and allowing the season to play out, he'll probably praise Bud for understanding "the game" and that his experienced owner knows coaches don't forget how to coach from one season to the next.

Then's he'll announce LenDale has a knee and Jevon a foot. I expect it to last no more than four minutes.

He has a Monday press conference every week. You can watch it on News Channel 5+ which is channel 50 for me or listen to it on 104.5. If you don't live locally you can listen to 104.5 online at 1045thezone.com
