    Well said.

In theory defences will have to pick their poison in trying to shut down the run or our passing game. We ought to be more balanced and have much more options to be flexible.

Fisher will still want to control the clock the same way he always has but we should finally be able to change up a gear when the need or opportunity arises IMO.

Before we were not very good coming back from a couple of scores and had no answer for teams that put 8 in the box. Collins did well in a few games last year (like against the Bears) when the run was taken away but having McCariens out there is like a one legged midget in an arse kicking contest especially if we ever get behind in a game. Our vulnerability was not exposed really because our defense has been real good but against better teams with better offenses and defenses we better have more options. The Steelers showed that last year in the SB and had the playmakers on offense to get it done.

Right now I see Edison alone as being a large upgrade to McCariens. IMO we could simply add him and have a better guy to stretch the field and make 3rd down catches.

Exactly... I love our style of football - and I have no issues with run-first, ball control offense. It works at home, on the road, and in the playoffs - more than other types of offense. But it has it's drawbacks, and if you aren't balanced you are going to hit some games where you have to be able to catch up and put points on the board quickly, and you have to be able to respond when a defense takes away your best/only weapon. We didn't have that last year, and now Washington alone gives a boost - add to that the rookie pool and all of a sudden we've got nice options on offense.

I love that it's not like we added 1 incredible playmaker... instead we've just got a whole group of reliable guys lining up all over the field. I mean, Gage alone almost pulled out the playoff loss - he had a huge day, but with CJ out it just wasn't quite enough. Nate, Cook, Britt and Ringer in that game could easily have changed the outcome.

Regardless of what Scaife is playing for...if it wasn't for him last year we would have NOT won as many games as we did. He was the main factor on getting many of our gaming going. My only point here is to stop hatin on him and give him some props!!! I hope the best for all the players on our team. Go Titans!!!!

I just hope that with McCariens gone we've taken that garbage out of the playbook where he would run down the sideline then turn around and try to catch the ball while falling out of bounds. That dude was so poor at getting separation they had to invent that crap.

    Who hates on Scaife?
He's the most underrated offensive player on our team.

Bo Scaife gets the hot hand sometimes but then he goes away in the game. I dont know why Fisher does that.

We will be struggling late in games and you never see Scaife.

I think the Offense should be a 100 times better KC had a full offseason with everybody and Cj should look to become a Elite Back.
