    The GoTitans difference:

Ramsey's good preseason game = potential future starter.

Vince's good preseason game = he's ok vs 2nd string.

That right! The formula could go like this:

good performance by VY = look for ways to put it down and justified to outside factors that does not related to his skills

average performance by anyone = he should be put before VY as the #2 QB at once

I think we should just take it as it is. Vince is the number 2 and will be for the rest of the season barring injuries. Patrick Ramsey is NOT the answer. I trust Jeff Fisher and the entire coaching staff/ ownership when they say that Vince will be back under center for us eventually.

I think it's time for those "Vince haters" to realize what's done is done. And, whatever's in the past is in the past. It's time for them to leave that chapter of Vince behind them and just let him play football.

Dude, when/where has Ramsey done anything noteworthy in his previous stints with other teams?

Ramsey as the starter means a LONNNNG season for the Titans.

^^i think he was being sarcastic, in the sense that if ramsey plays well then guys think he should be backup and if Vince plays well then its only because it's against backups that he's good.

As much as we'd like to change the past, we simply can't. And looking at Super Bowl winning quarterbacks in the history of this league, they are ALL pocket passing qb's and while the game breaking run from time to time can feel electric, it's simply not an answer to win consistently at the NFL level.

QB is the 1 position on the field that can literally make or break a team, especially against other good teams when it counts the most; in January and hopefully February.

In order to accept this fact, one must first accept the fact that the NFL and NCAAF are 2 completely different animals and should be treated as such. If accepting this fact isn't doable, it is denying logical thinking, creating the reason a lot of people are still attached to a pick we made 3 years ago that has not worked out thus far; emotion.

Imagine if the fans and front office in San Diego stuck it out with Ryan Leaf 'hoping' he would eventually get it. Would the Chargers have evolved into the offensive juggernaut they are today by making the necessary change to Drew Brees? And, if we hold onto Vince any longer 'hoping' he will one day be good in a league he clearly struggles in, are we passing up on the same opportunity for the future of this franchise?

Lmao one bad first game everyone says he's done and will not be the #2 qb. Now he has a decent game everybody loves him and your saying he's more mature because of one interview? Get real dude.
