I like Vince and would love to see him be the guy we all hoped for, but I don't agree in comparing him to Collins. All of the stats are pretty close except for the turnovers and that has to be remedied before I want to see VY starting over Kerry. I guess one way to look at it is if Vince and Kerry's stats are even remotely close with Vince losing so many drives to turnovers, imagine his stats if the turnover numbers were the same?

Another statement hitting the nail right on the head.
Though I'm not a Vince homer, I prolly want to see him succeed here just as much as any homer would. But I'm quite comfortable with Kerry at the helm.

Here's another stat, albeit an intangible one, that Kerry has that Vince has yet to perfect (but seems to be working on); game management* and maturity level

In fact, with the way that Fish and Dinger run the offense, game management skills and a calm, collective maturity level is way more important in a QB for this team than being a razor sharp marksman.

*I lumped the ability to go through reads and make quick decisions under game management
