The only indication I've got that Vince is 'barely hanging onto his role as a backup' has come from people in this forum. Let me hear Jeff Fisher or Dinger even elude to something of that tune before you start saying it as if it were fact. If you think Patrick Ramsey, without the grace of God, is going to be playing backup over a 4th year, 19-11 overall record, first round draft pick, then you're crazy.

 

I just feel sorry for the guy. Vince is making all of these comments but it doesn't even seem like he believes them himself. I really want to see him get out on the field and prove himself but he's setting the bar way, way, way too high and he's got too much going on in his head. Maybe when he said he was going to make it to the Hall of Fame he meant he was going to see the Hall of Fame this weekend??

 

Exactly...i lived in DC during Ramsey's stay there. There's a reason the guy hasn't been able to catch on in the league.

 

What cracks me up is that we don't know the context at all. The question could have been...

10-14 is comparable to 19-11? OK. One wins 60%, the other wins 40%. I guess thats fine, they're more or less the same, right?
